The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of proceedings in connection with Misc. Criminal Case No.41 of 2025 filed under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 146 of the BNSS, 2023 pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bidhannagar.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with a direction that the trial court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. filed in December, 2025 within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.
