The petitioner's appeal before the second appellate authority under the provision of the Right To Information Act, 2005 is pending consideration for a considerable period of time. The time period within which the appeal ought to have been decided is long over.

Without entering into the merit of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Information Commission to pass necessary order on the second appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of all relevant documents including the application made under the Right To

Information Act to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
