Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the present application for cancellation of bail has been filed under the wrong provision of law and she intends to prefer an appeal against the impugned order.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the private opposite party.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. In view of the prayers so advanced by the applicant/petitioner, CRM(SB) 28 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to prefer an appeal, if so advised, under the statutory provisions.
