1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioners on the ground of learned advocate. However, on hearing the learned advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In the writ petition prayer is made by the petitioners to appoint them as Group-D staff in Government aided secondary school in connection with 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff, 2016. The
selection process i.e. 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff, 2016 has been finally set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 passed in Civil Appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9586 of 2024 (State of West Bengal Vs. Baisakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) & Ors.).
4. Since very selection process is set aside no relief can be granted to the petitioners as prayed for in this writ petition.
5. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
