The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is being disturbed and obstructed from peaceful enjoyment of her property. To that effect, the petitioner informed the police authorities. However, the police authorities did not render proper assistance.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 opposes the contentions of the petitioner and submits that the disputes and differences are between the two sisters.

In view of the nature of prayers contended in the writ petition, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

It is clarified that so far as right, title, interest and occupation are concerned, the police

authorities would abide by any order passed by civil court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 3087 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
