Private opposite party was enlarged on anticipatory bail by the order dated January 22, 2020 passed in CRM 850 of 2020. Petitioner complains of post-bail misconduct by the private opposite party. There is a police complaint lodged by the petitioner complaining of threatening.

No further steps were taken by the petitioner with regard to such complaint.

The complaint of threat remains unsubstantiated as on date. Consequently, we are not minded to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the Coordinate Bench on January 22, 2020. C.R.M. 1263 of 2021 is dismissed.
