In an incident of assault, injured suffered a fracture of the right arm. The injury was classified as grievous hurt. Such injured implicates all the petitioners before us in the incident of assault.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 431 of 2024 is dismissed.
