In the present police case, we find that a lady suffered cervical Lordosis. Disc desiccation was also seen in cervical spine.

Such injured implicates all the petitioners before us in the incident of assault leading to such injuries being suffered by such victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 430 of 2024 is dismissed.
