Ms. Bhattacharya, learned advocate representing the State submits that the police has already submitted FRT in this case. Mr. Koustav Bagchi, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled.

The C.R.A.N. application taken out in this case has also contained reflection to that effect, vide paragraph '6'.

Mr. Aniruddha Bhattacharyya, learned advocate representing the de facto complainant/opposite party no.2 submits that the matter has been mutually settled and the entire money, stated to have been cheated, has ultimately been liquidated to de facto complainant.

When the disputes between the parties have already been settled outside the court and peace has restored between the parties, the Court does not want to stand on the way. With the submission of the FRT the pending proceeding pertaining to G.R. Case No.4407 of 2016 stands automatically disposed of.

The instant revisional application and the connected application are also disposed of.
