Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27th February, 2023 by which Mr. Ghosh learned advocate representing the WBGST authority was asked to take instruction as to whether there is any amount of revenue due and is required to be paid for restoration of the registration of the petitioner and pursuant to such direction Mr.

Ghosh, on instruction, submits that the amount of revenue due was intimated to the petitioner and petitioner has already paid such due amount and accordingly considering such facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2778 of 2023 is disposed of by directing

the respondent authority concerned under the WBGST Act to restore the registration of the petitioner within three days from the date of communication of this order.
