He prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appears for the opposite party. He vehemently opposes the prayer for leave to file a fresh application.

However, considering the fact that the order impugned is an appealable one, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

In view thereof, C.O. 425 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a photostat copy thereof.
