Petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail imposed by this Court while granted bail to the petitioner vide order dated 9th February, 2024 whereby the petitioner was directed to report to the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliachak Police Station once in a week until further orders.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State filed a report which discloses that the petitioner has more or less complied the conditions of bail imposed by this Court.

In such view of the matter the condition imposed in the bail order vide order dated 9.2.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall henceforth meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliachak Police Station 'once in a month until further orders' in place of 'once in a week until further orders'. Other portion of the bail order shall remain unaltered.

The application for relaxation of condition of bail stands disposed of.
