The matter has appeared in the list under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the case number which was mentioned in the order dated 21st March, 2022. Due to inadvertence the case number has been wrongly mentioned as WPA 2689 of 2021. The same ought to be read as WPA 2689 of 2022.

The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
