Petitioner complains that his house has been attacked by the private respondents by pelting stones and/or brickbats.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there has been a long standing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. To that effect proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS. It is also reflected that the electricity authorities carried out the work pursuant to the directions passed by the District Magistrate.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submit that the nature of the information furnished to the police authorities has no foundation or basis and the

main objective of the present petitioner is to implicate the private respondents by foisting with fake criminal cases. I have considered the information furnished with the police authorities, if police authorities did not act on such representation, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law with appropriate prayers. So far as the present condition is concerned, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2981 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
