Pursuant to the order dated 29.04.2025 a report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta which is reproduced as below:

"In compliance to Your Honour's order dated 29.04.2025 in CRR 578 of 2025 I am to report that the case no. CS/95061/2016, pending before this court, is currently fixed for Evidence Before Charge.

For expeditious disposal of the above mentioned case short dates to be given and both parties are to be intimated for taking proper steps on regular basis in this regard. It is pertinent to mention here that, the above mentioned case was in Hearing stage for a long period. Afterwards several petitions by both the parties were major impediment for speedy disposal of the case. This is for your Honour's kind perusal and consideration."

In view of the report received, learned Trial Court is directed to take appropriate steps for expeditious disposal of the matter.
