Since the writ petition is pending from 2016 onwards, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case.

Learned Advocate for the respondents submits that since the writ petition is filed challenging the tariff order dated 25.05.2015 which has become infructuous. Since the writ petitioner is not appearing to proceed his case, this court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition as dismissed for default.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
