27.09.2021 tkm/ct 29 sl no. 3 C.R.R. No. 225 of 2010 (Via video conference) In Re : Amar Banerjee .....petitioner The criminal revision under section 401 read with section 482 Cr.P.C is listed today for hearing as well as compliance relating to service of copy of the application upon the opposite parties. On call, none appears for the petitioner and the opposite parties.

The instant revision has been preferred by the husband/petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 4.6.2009 passed by the learned ACJM, Basirhat in Execution Case no. 124 of 2005, 118 of 2006 and 75 of 2007 under section 125(3) Cr.P.C. The petitioner has prayed for setting aside of the impugned order. Having considered the contents of the impugned order as well as the grounds laid down by the petitioner in his application for revision, it appears that there is no reason for setting aside the impugned order.

The criminal revision is, therefore, dismissed on merit. Let copy of this order be sent to the court of learned ACJM Basirhat for incorporation.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
