The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging inaction on the part of the Calcutta Corporation Co-operative Credit Society Limited.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of both the parties that there is a private dispute in between the petitioner and the said Society. I am afraid that the writ Court will not be the proper forum to adjudicate the dispute.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6 & 7 submits that the Society has got its own by-laws in accordance with which the service conditions of the employees of the Society are governed.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 in accordance with the by-laws of the Society.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.
