Learned counsel for the petitioner points out correctly that the deed referred to in the order dated February 20, 2019 was registered in the year 1990 and not in 1991.

Accordingly, let the order dated February 20, 2019 passed in W.P. 1780(W) of 2019 stand corrected to the effect that the year "1991", appearing in the first and third paragraphs thereof, shall be read as "1990". Let this order be deemed to be a part of the order dated February 20, 2019.
