Pursuant to the order dated 29.04.2025 a report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta which is reproduced herein below:

"In compliance to Your Honour's order dated 29.04.2025 in CRR 580 of 2025 I am to report that the case no. CS/95055/2016, pending before this court, is currently fixed for E/R of Warrant against the accused persons. For expeditious disposal of the above mentioned case short dates to be given and both parties are to be intimated for taking proper steps. Besides, specific copy of order to be sent to concerned PS to expedite the execution of pending warrants.

It is pertinent to mention here that, despite sending reminders for several times no execution report of warrant has been received by this Court.
