The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged nonconsideration of her application for transfer. Counsel for the respondents submits that three previous applications have been rejected, inter alia, on the ground of single teacher rule. The 10 per cent rule has also been applied to the petitioner. As on date there is no further application pending.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for transfer and the same may be considered by the School as well as the State Authorities strictly in terms of the applicable Rules particularly the circular dated 22nd September, 2022 as notified on 3rd January, 2022. A reasoned order may be passed and put up on the portal.

There will be no order as to costs.
