Mr. Amitabha Ghosh ......for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application the petitioner's prayer for sanction of building plan has been granted by the Panchayat/respondents.

It is submitted that as such the petitioner has got the relief as prayed for in the present writ application.

Considering the said submission the writ petition along with all the pending CAN applications stands disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
