The petitioner, under the apprehension that the load in respect of his supply may be disturbed if connection was provided to the respondent no.6 (private respondent), objected to the supply being granted to the said private respondent and approached this Court for necessary orders.

Pursuant to the order dated 8th December, 2020, the respondent no.3 had filed a report on 6th January, 2021. The respondent no.4 had also filed a separate report though there was no direction for the same. The two reports were circulated amongst the parties and the matter was adjourned on 6th January, 2021 to enable the parties to consider such report.

After perusing the report submitted by the respondent no.3, it appears that the apprehension of the petitioner at the present is unfounded. The

transformer from where the petitioner is supplied electricity and the supply to the private respondent is proposed to be sufficient enough to cater the need of the petitioner as also that of the private respondent without there being any fluctuation of load.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that WBSEDCL shall take steps accordingly.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
