None appears for the respondents.

Mr. Bikash Shaw, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a certificate holder under the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the certificate has crystallized as the same has never been challenged.

The sole grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has applied for execution of the said certificate before the Jurisdictional Certificate Officer and the same is pending since, 2023.

In view of the above, the Jurisdictional Certificate Officer, respondent no. 3 is directed to come to his logical conclusion with reason in the pending proceeding, initiated by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be carried out and completed by the respondent no. 3 positively within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. The reasoned order then shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of the said reasoned order to be passed.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

On the above terms this writ petition, WPA 2791 of 2024, stands disposed of, without any order as to cost.
