The daughter of the petitioner, namely Ankita Patra would be appearing in the ensuing Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025 as a bona fide student of Belmuri Balika Vidyalaya, Gurap, District : Hooghly.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said Pariksha though is scheduled to be held on and from February 10, 2025 but, in spite of registration, his daughter has not yet received the admit card. The petitioner is praying issuance of the said admit card.

It appears from the record that another student of the said school, who is the namesake

of the daughter of the petitioner, though was unsuccessful in the Test examination but due to the mistake of the school, has been enrolled with the Board for the said examination instead of the daughter of the petitioner.

The daughter of the petitioner, without any fault, is facing unnecessary anxiety before the first Board examination, as a respite for the students who have failed to enroll, the Board has decided to re-open the said designated online portal and shall keep it open for the period from 6.00 P.M. today (February 06, 2025) till 2.00 P.M. tomorrow (February 07, 2025).

The School, during the aforementioned period, shall upload all the particulars necessary for the enrollment of the student for the said examination and shall get the signature of the said student on the hardcopy of the enrollment application.

The Board shall keep its office open on Saturday (February 08, 2025) and on Sunday (February 09, 2025) respectively from 11 A.M. till 2 P.M., within which time the school, with all relevant documents, shall meet the Deputy Secretary(Examination) of the Board and upon payment of enrollment fees, stationary fees, late fees, late processing fees together with the costs

of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), the Board shall enroll the said student for the Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025 and shall issue the admit card.

The school shall collect the said admit card on behalf of the student and shall deliver it to the residence of the said student.

The Clerk of the said school Mr.

Umapada Ghosh, who is present, informs this Court that the admit card mistakenly issued to the other student, has already been returned to the regional office of the Board at Bardhaman. The school shall take further steps for cancellation of the enrollment of the said student.

WPA 2933 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms.
