The revisional application was preferred in connection with Bhangore P. S. Case No. 143 of 2017 dated 25.04.2017 under Sections 498A/323/307/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. Considering the contentions advanced in the revisional application, a report was called for by this court in its order dated 2nd January, 2023. Report has been submitted by the concerned Officer of Bhangore Police Station which reflects that the complainant, Tahira Bibi has married subsequently and has settled in life and she is unwilling to proceed with the charge-sheet submitted in connection with Bhangore P. S. Case No. 143 of 2017 dated 25.04.2017. The report is accompanied by a statement. Let the report along with the statement be kept with the record.

In view of the contentions reflected in the report, further proceedings which would incorporate the chargesheet and

subsequently proceedings arising out of Bhangore P. S. Case No. 143 of 2017 (corresponding to G. R. Case No. 8846 of 2017) are redundant as the dispute complained of cropped because of matrimonial dispute and discord.

Thus, the G. R. Case No. 8846 of 2017 corresponding to Bhangore P. S. Case No. 143 of 2017 dated 25.04.2017 is hereby quashed. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 288 of 2021 is allowed.
