Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The victim is a minor. She claims that she was made to enter into a physical relationship upon certain promises. The principal accused is yet to be arrested.

The petitioners before us are the parents of the principal accused.

Their involvement in the incident cannot be overlooked at this stage.

Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail may derail the investigations.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 561 of 2023 is dismissed.
