Petitioner was aggrieved regarding apprehension relating to her forceful eviction at 41/F/1, Block-C, first floor, New Alipore, Kolkata. Petitioner further apprehended that she was under threat and physical force may be applied to evict her. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the Administrator General and Official Trustee, West Bengal had sealed the subject matter of the property which is situated at 41/F/1, BlockC, Police Station, New Alipore and the same was done after informing the police station. Having regard to the fact that the steps have been taken by a government servant in accordance with law, I am of the view that the police authorities had no option except exercising their powers.

Accordingly, WPA of is dismissed.
