The grievance of the petitioners is that a representation which has been filed as far back as on September 30, 2024 has been kept pending and no decision has yet been taken by the respondent No. 6. Mr.

Himadri Sikhar Chakraborty, leaned advocate appearing for the State submits that he has no objection if the respondent No. 6 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the

petitioners being annexure P-2 at page 28 to the writ petition.

In view of the submissions by the petitioners the respondent No. 6 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners being annexure P-2 at page 28 to the writ petition dated September 30, 2024 within six weeks from date. It is made clear that nothing in this order will be binding on the respondent No. 6 on the merits of the case which the respondent o. 6 is at liberty to decide in accordance with law.

The respondent No. 6 will communicate the reasoned decision to the petitioners within two weeks from taking such decision.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 2996 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
