On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, it appears that the said report has been filed before the learned Executive Magistrate on 23rd February, 2024.

On perusal of the report and considering the nature of report including the final observation of the Officer-in-Charge during enquiry as stated in the report the criminal revision is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Executive Magistrate to decide the case in accordance with law on the basis of report dated 23.02.2024.

The Criminal revision accordingly stands disposed of Copy of this judgment be sent to the learned Trial Court forthwith for necessary compliance.
