Learned advocate for the State submits that all the witnesses have been examined and presently the evidence of the investigating officer is in progress.

Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However the learned trial court would ensure that the evidence of the investigating officer is complete at the earliest.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 396 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
