On 8th August, 2024 accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioners and the same was granted thereby directing the learned advocate for the petitioners to complete service of notice upon the non-appearing respondents.

It appears that petitioners have lost faith in the fate of this writ petition.

Writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
