1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the married sister-in-law of the alleged victim who stays separately. The principal accused being the husband was arrested and was thereafter granted bail. The incident took place about 4 years after marriage. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the statements of witnesses as well as the statements of the victim recorded before the Magistrate. According to the victim, the petitioner and the husband poisoned her. The medical report shows that it was a case of Pesticide poisoning.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
