Mr. Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate for the State submits that vide order dated 22nd January, 2014 passed by this court. The Investigating Officer was permitted to proceed with the investigation of the Arambagh Police Station case No. 591 of 2013 dated 3rd September, 2013 and to file the report in final form after obtaining necessary leave of this court and accordingly sought for the leave of this court.

There has been long delay and in absence of the petitioner despite notice the prayer on behalf of the State is allowed. Administrative notice could not be served upon the petitioner as per the report obtained from the Chairman of Arambagh Municipality stating that the petitioner's whereabouts could not be traced.

The final report prepared by the Investigating Officer on completion of investigation is to be submitted before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of. Copy of the order sent to the trial court for due compliance. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
