Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Leave granted to the learned Advocate for the petitioners to correct the cause-title.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a previous police complaint where the petitioner suffered injury.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioners therein and the injury reports of the victim where no external injury was noted, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation and that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 799 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
