Petitioners are also directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioners has prayed for a leave to file afresh and intends to withdraw the present revisional application. Having regard to the prayers so advanced on behalf of the petitioner, CRR 419 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed for, petitioners would be at liberty to file afresh of the revisional application.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate on record of the petitioners after the same is replaced by a Photostat copy.
