Petitioner is mother of the deceased. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she has been repeatedly praying for the post-mortem report and inquest report of the victim/deceased. However, the same have not been supplied to her.

In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer submitted, I direct that an application be filed before the learned Trial Court in seisin of Lalgola P.S. Case No. 125/2024 dated 21.02.2024. Learned court would pass direction upon the investigating officer of the case and/or the police authorities for supply of the aforesaid two documents within a period of seven days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 3084 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
