This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated August 27, 2019 passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), South 24Parganas. 2.
On perusal of the order, it is clear that the Government Order taken note by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) is not applicable to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the order passed by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) is set aside with a direction upon the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) once again to consider afresh after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date. The reasoned order is to be
communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
