The 2nd Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barrackpore, 24-Parganas (North) by the order impugned being Order No. 14 dated December 02, 2019 passed in Title Suit No. 296 of 2019 has dismissed an application filed by the petitioner although captioned under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure but for mandatory injunction.

The order impugned is not amenable to revision being appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code.

C.O. 375 of 2020 is dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs.
