The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of proceedings in connection with G.R. Case No.590 of 2010, arising out of Tangra Police Station Case No.28/2010 dated 04.03.2010 under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code whereby charge-sheet has been filed being chargesheet No.69 of 2010 dated 03.07.2010 under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas.

It appears that the G.R. Case and the police case relates to the year 2010. More than 15 years have passed and proceeding under Section 354 of the IPC still pending. 3.
As none appears for the State in spite of service, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel present in Court along with the learned Public Prosecutor are appointed to represent the State in this case. Petitioner to serve copy of the pleadings upon the
learned counsel for the State. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction that the trial court shall make all endeavours to dispose of the G.R. Case No.590 of 2010, arising out of Tangra Police Station Case No.28/2010 dated 04.03.2010 under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code whereby charge-sheet has been filed being chargesheet No.69 of 2010 dated 03.07.2010 under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas within three months from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of necessary formalities.
