The records of the case reflect that the petitioner was arrested on 19th April, 2025 and since then he is in custody.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. According to the State, four witnesses have been examined till date.

Having regard to the merits and the stage of the case, I direct the learned trial court that, in case, the evidence of the victim is over, the learned trial court would release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper for ensuring further appearance of the petitioner in course of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (M) 408 of 2026 is disposed of.
