1. Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 5, by placing the order dated 10th May 2022 passed in MAT 193 of 2021 with I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2021 (Hooghly Mills Company Limited -vs- Netai Khan Ors) submits that the Hon'ble Division Bench while setting aside the order impugned in the appeal passed in WPA 1756 of 2018 and while directing the Certificate Officer, Chandannagore to expedite the process of determining the gratuity had also directed that the writ petition be treated to have been disposed of.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid and taking note of the order dated 10th May 2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court as aforesaid, let the writ application being WPA no. 1756 of 2018 be treated as disposed of.
