The petitioner by way of this public interest litigation seeks for a direction upon the respondent authorities to publish online format affidavit-ofassets of all those who had participated in the Gram Panchayat Election held in 2013 and 2018. 3.

The elections, admittedly are over and the election for the year 2023 is also completed. Therefore, at this juncture, the prayer sought for cannot be granted. However, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent by way of representation which may be considered in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
