The revisional application has been preferred praying for Transfer of the case being M.Case No. 340/2025 under Section 144 of the BNSS from the File of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Barrackpore to the File of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore.

2. It appears that the proceedings before the said Court is a proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. and the same has been filed by the opposite party/wife before the learned Judicial Magistrate Barrackpore.

3. In view of the order dated 27.03.2026 passed in CO 88 of 2026, the husband/petitioner prayer for transfer of the Misc. case stands rejected.

4. CRR 589 of 2026 is disposed of.

5. All connected Applications, if any, stands disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
