Inadvertent typographical errors had crept in the order dated February 12, 2026.

In the third line of paragraph 1 of the order dated February 12, 2026, the words 'representation dated 26.02.2020' be read as 'representation dated 24.01.2024'. Furthermore, in the fourth line of paragraph 1 of the said order, the words 'six years prior to filing of the writ petition.' be read as 'two years prior to filing of the writ petition.'

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 5.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
