The writ petitioner complains that despite participation in the process of recruitment for the year 2017 in the 1st SLST for the post of Headmaster, the petitioner's fate has not been disclosed to him. The petitioner has made a representation to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission on 27th December, 2018, but in vain.
Mr. Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.7, submits that one Dr. Abdul Malek has been appointed as Headmaster in the said School following due process of law.
This Court is of the view that the petitioner's representation ought to be disposed of by the Commission.
In that view of the matter, the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the writ petitioner's representation, dated 11th January, 2018 followed up by the Advocate's letter dated 27th December, 2018, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
