1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that certain inadvertent typographical errors have been crept in the order dated 10th September, 2025, which needs to be corrected are as follows:- In page 13 at paragraph no.23 starts from page no.12 it is mentioned as "26 to 2024" when it ought to have been "26.02.2024".
In paragraph 30 it is mentioned that "the order passed by the land court" it should be as "the order passed by the learned court".
In paragraph 30 by virtue of this order, both the orders have been mentioned to be set aside, which ought to have been the order dated 11th September, 2024.
On a careful perusal of the entire order and the prayer made in this revisional application, it is clear that the grievances was against the order dated 11th September, 2024.
Therefore, inadvertently the original order condoning the delay on 9th April, 2024 is wrongly stated to be set aside since the Court is directed for hear out afresh to condone the delay and the order dated 9th April, 2024 are hereby set aside to be deleted or expunged.
In page 14, the decision of the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kolkata Vs. M/S. Automobile Association of Eastern India as relied upon wrongly by the "petitioner", which ought to have been relied upon by the "opposite party".
2. Let the said corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated 10th September, 2025 for all practical purposes.
3. The other portions of the said order dated 10th September, 2025 shall stand unaltered.
4. Let this order form part of the order dated 10th September, 2025.
5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (CHAITALI CHATTERJEE (DAS), J.)
