Case No. 824/2025 under Section 316(2)/85 of the BNS from the File of the Learned Additional Chief judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore to the File of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore.

2. The said proceedings is a proceeding under Section 498A and other offences filed by the wife/opposite party herein.

3. In view of the order dated 27.03.2026 passed in CO 88 of 2026, the husband/petitioner prayer for transfer of the Misc. case stands rejected.

4. CRR 590 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
