The petitioners are the students of Sir Syed Ahmed High School, Tikiapara, DistrictHowrah, their grievance is that though they have been registered with the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education but, due to the fault of the said school, they have not been enrolled with the Board for the Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025, in consequence, admit cards have not been issued to them.

The petitioners are praying for issuance of the admit cards.

The petitioners, without any fault, are facing unnecessary anxiety before the first Board examination, as a respite for the students who

have failed to enroll, the Board has decided to re-open the said designated online portal and shall keep it open for the period from 6.00 P.M. today (February 06, 2025) till 2.00 P.M. tomorrow (February 07, 2025).

The Headmaster of the said School, during the aforementioned period, shall upload all the particulars necessary for the enrollment of the students for the said examination and shall get the signature of the said students on the hardcopy of the enrollment applications.

The Board shall keep its office open on Saturday (February 08, 2025) and on Sunday (February 09, 2025) respectively from 11 A.M. till 2 P.M., within which time the said Headmaster, with all relevant documents, shall meet the Deputy Secretary(Examination) of the Board and upon payment of enrollment fees, stationary fees, late fees, late processing fees together with the costs of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) for each student, the Board shall enroll the said students for the Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025 and shall issue the admit card.

The said Headmaster shall collect the said admit card on behalf of the students and shall deliver it to the residences of the said students.

WPA 2957 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms.
