The petitioners had participated in the T.E.T. 2017. The petitioners have pending applications under Section 6(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the State Public Information Officer, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The petitioners by the said applications have sought for information regarding their result in the said test.

The petitioners are complaining that they have not yet received any response to their said applications.

The State Public Information Officer, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to respond to the said applications of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 2969 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of without any order as to costs.
